Hello,

Could any of you help me with the terminology:

Accumulation/Distribution
I am confused as the term Accumulation merely means "buying activities" as distribution would be "selling activities" or
Accumuluation is the initial accumulation of initial"buying/selling orders" that will then be distributed "closed":

Terminology 1)
--> It is the "accumulation" of initial "buy orders" at preferencial price that will later be sold "Distributed" and can be the "accumulation" of initial "sell orders" that will later be bought "Distributed"

Or:

Terminology 2)
Accumulation is just the "accumulation of buying orders" and when they are close they will be sold ("Distributed") ??
and when short orders are open (Distributed) they will later be bought (Accumuluted) ??

Hope you can understand what bothers me in those two terms

The normal use has been that Accumulation refers to the obtaining of shares and Distribution refers to the selling of shares. However, Distribution can also refer to the selling of shares borrowed (shorting) or the selling of counterfeit shares - shares that do not exist - which is called Naked Shorting. The Stock Market is the most crooked and corrupt market there is.

In the currency market, where anyone and everyone can go long or short with equal ease (unlike in the stock market) it is easier to simply use the term Accumulation to refer to the accumulation of a long position or the accumulation of a short position.

hi hmm about what you can see well let me say the market move for a reason so you have to found out why? if no sentiment in the market you will go nowhere ,assuming you do know what the market and big bank are going to do or witch direction likely his going sure you can be on a winner otherwise his only pure Luke , your system his great but he give you only 50% clue the rest his up to you to found out what the market sentiment going to be with all the announcement how his going to affect some currency on and on.

Edit: As I work my way through this video course, it is serving
to reinforce what TAH (Traderathome) has been trying to tell
us. Before TAH's teachings, I thought the exact opposite of
what is really taking place in the market. That thinking placed
me squarely in the 95% bracket of traders.

I thank TAH every day for finally opening my eyes to the truth!

My comments more simplified - but it all adds up to bulding a case before entry, be it scouts or classic entries.

If you donīt know the terms used like flag / flaglimit etc. Please Google them as I wonīt go further into what they stand for.

Hi all . first , thanks for the effort for passing your knowledge to new people in this forum not everyone are so generous .
I was intrested in volume trading and your method rocks !
Base on 5 steps pdf Im in step 3 , and working on my stress and mental of mine in trading too . ( in themo acc I was supertrader but in real so many missjudging and jumping on the gun resulted in losing money which I know is nessassary to learn "no pain no game" )
I want to suggest differrent forum foe sonicers for differrent pair analyzes and one forum just for teaching how to be real sonicer because in this forum I see some analyses that I dont know is it right or just an opinion of a newbee like me .
People wont learn to post analysis in forums not "I think its down/up!"
Question : I see charts here concluding little frames on right side showing different timeframes how can I make that happen in mt4 ?

My comments are equally simplified, and consistent with the Sonic R. System, in which we do not attempt to trade tops/bottoms of "patterns" (or of anything else), but instead we look for the approved Classic setup and trade with market momentum.

In this example, not one but two trades were evident. Combined they added up to more than 54 pips, and also with no draw downs, Most importantly, however, this was achieved with very conservative entries and exits! In both cases the Dragon angled down and PA was below both the Dragon and the Trend at entry. In both cases TP occurred at obvious support, either in the area of previous support or RDL on our SonicR template.

It is a fact that we cannot know how price will move next, "patterns" or no patterns. No entry - no matter the system - is assured success. But picking tops/bottoms based on "patterns" (or anything else) is a recipe for disaster. Trading with market momentum is far less so.

Anyone who disagrees with this last statement of mine and is trading "patterns" (as illustrated in the referenced post) might consider posting their trades real-time - and well defined - so we can all learn the myriad of necessary details and specifics of each of them, how often such trading opportunities occur, and how successful they are overall, over time.

It seems to me this is another illustration of how elegantly simple and effective the Sonic R. System is versus attempting to learn all manner of "patterns" and the various technical parameters by which they are defined. The Sonic R. System is designed for simplicity and effectiveness, partly so traders can avoid wasting their time on all that! There are many ways to trade. Different individuals can be successful with different methods. The Sonic R. System is designed so that the most people can be successful with it because it is effective, while - unlike many methods - it is also extremely simple.

I see no prob with that - however these are not patterns nor picking tops and bottoms either. Nor is it all that "stuff" It is a way the market moves.

At your marked points this is pure gampling -sorry to say so old chap - Anyway take a look at at your recent winners and loosers and tell me what you see as per my posted so called top/bottom or pattern posted charts.

Sonic R System, Simple and Effective, and What This Thread is About

They are "patterns", in quotes because they are an "event" to which apparently some specific parameters are assigned and make the event more than just part of the ebb and flow of PA.

Now look at the two situations you have posted on.....

In your first post (EU flag in a down side move) you suggest that the price will always come back to the flag area for more shorting (acting as resistance), ahead of another downside move.

Now in your second post (GU flag in a down side move) you are showing an example where this is not true, that the price went up after returning to the flag area (acting as support, not resistance).

Yes, obviously this is the way the market moved. No doubt about it! And it goes to confirm that we cannot know how the price will move next. Oh, maybe there is yet another parameter that makes these two similar situations entirely different. If so, this is exactly why the Sonic R. System is superior. Most folks do not want to have to become PhDs of the "fine points" of the far too many variations of PA in order to trade successfully. And they don't have to, either!

As you can see on the SonicR template, a Classic long setup and trade yielded just as much as did yours, and without all the hogus pocus! In fact, there were several opportunities with the Sonic R. System.

Finally, we can all see that the price drop you went long on probably had less to do with a supposed "flag" than it did the fact that the MMs simply whacked the price down to a well established S&R area (seen on H1).

My point should be very clear. While there are other ways to look at PA and decide on trades to make, the Sonic R. System is crystal clear and straightforward compared to many other ways to trade. So, if you prefer another method, that is fine. Maybe you should stick to Ratios & Harmonics or ReadtheMarket threads, or start your own thread and develop your own following, because by dropping in now and then with examples of your trades accompanied by conflicting explanations, and none of which relate to the Sonic R. System, you might be trying to help others, but the result can be the opposite, as well as generally confusing to all those that are here to learn the Sonic R. System, and nothing but the Sonic R. System, because they have already decided to put this sort of stuff behind them.

As for comparing your trade results to those from the application of the Sonic R. System, you do not post trades often, and scarcely ever in real-time. I suggest you review trades by feinan, FXRobert, Patron, etc. for examples of success with the Classic trade. If you want to compare your picks at highs/lows with someone here that does this, then I suggest you compare to loeil. These are all examples of regularly posting Sonicers taking advantage of what the Sonic R. System is capable of.

Hansma, this is not about you vs me. It is about this thread being exclusively for the Sonic R. System. You post only rarely. Recently, each of your posts offers up some "new" technique. These posts are not sufficient in information, nor in quantity, nor in consistency of content to be of much help to anyone, let alone Sonicers. Please, rejoin the team effort. In any case, please refrain from making more of such posts here.

NZDUSD Long Trade Opened:

Classic entry. Larger TFs show trend down, but recently ranging. Early part of week often is just spent repositioning prices for what is planned for later. It is within the realm of logic that the MMs will take price back higher in the range ahead of any planned resumption of the down trend. But, if a more significant retrace in the down trend is planned (or even a reversal) then a long trade here should still be okay. For now, only looking for RDH/upper whole number area for TP, which is not set. Also, if the MMs later pull the price back to the lower half number area - which seems to be quite popular today - I will consider it as confirmation of the long trade if PVSRA shows indications of bulls at that time, and add when price is again moving in the trade direction with bullish PA.
