that would be logic, but there is always an explanation why the numbers are not important or even if the number is good, it's not that good, and vice versa... so it's for making traders confused...

Exactly, it is what we should expect, but it is not happening lately maily because they are not so strong as to result in an early ratehike, and i think the dollar has been pumped on the anticipation on just that or strong indication it will happen sooner.

Yep, GMT+2 is what most brokers use, so the last H4 closes with NY close, H4 just close.
