EURUSD decline continues making new fresh lows on Friday at 1.3220 with no buyers in sight. The down trend continues intact for now but with a high risk of a short squeeze as stochastic is showing oversold conditions, the next support zone is within 1.3106 and 1.3174 reporting to September 2013 low.

Well, every other pair I have traded today have closed the "gap", USDx is still showing EURUSD mirror meaning it's leading. USDx looks to be in trouble with bearish divergence in the making, could be tell tell sign. Worst case scenario is that we will stay in this range until london open tomorrow. Next news is US based and i guess that it once again need to be off the charts to make some impact, any near number or even slightly off number could make the dollar fall.

The home sales were really not even off by much. I would not expect it to have that much impact.. The fate of the US monetary policy is probably not resting on the difference of 14k homes lol

As the dollar have been pumped to the edge of the rainbow, in anticipation of a earlier ratehike, any bad number of any kind, even small ones, will kill a couple of bulls every time they come in. Modest better numbers will most likely also kill some bulls.. the question is more until what price.

seems the only direction for snp500 is up, everyday it goes up 5 to 10 points without fail, in 100 days, we can hit snp500 @ 3000, and eurusd to keep falling...

There is a huge shortage of usd in the market with all the big hands fighting for a piece of the ever increasing USD.

The forecast of snp500, +10/day should hit 3000 by Dec 2014....100 days away, next year @ 4000

I wouldn't be surprised if S&P pauses/reverses around 50% extension of the 07/09 drop at 2030
