my opinion is avoid selling until next week at least, this week should remain very bullish, broke through all R points easily and continues

Possible, but probably not next week. I do think it will retest 102.70-80, but it might not be for some time. The stop hunting earlier in the month (which some mistakenly called a fat finger) plus this steep climb upwards tells me the spring is uncoiling... upward. If it does retrace down sooner rather than later and has a strong bounce off said levels, I'm strongly convinced this will go well above 106. I think people could be in for a surprise by how high it gets simply because it's been range bound for so long.

That being said, if you're short right now, I wouldn't panic. Although this is moving upwards, it is still premature to be long USD this far ahead of the rate hikes. It costs almost nothing to carry trade shorts, so long as you have the margin, you can rest easy it will eventually come back down. After all, there is way more room to fall than fly for the Yen crosses.

Keep your eyes peeled, kiddos. This will be one to watch.

Personally I won't start buying again before I've seen some proper retracement and I am relatively certain said retracement is over.

Even after the pair crossed its 103 level, the horizontal line resistance zone near 104-104.10 can become important for the pair. I suggest a sell call with the SL of 104.20 and target being 102.80.

Looks like the bull has lost steam.....it has been stagnant at 103.7xx region for long while.

Time to short dollar?
