Now DXY is in the middle of 1.272 and 1.618 extension. After some euro drop for DXY to reach 1.618 extension, then is possible for euro to have some nice bounce.

Still in the range and looks like it will stay that way. I thought the asians won't have the guts to break this, the support is too strong. I wouldn't be surprised if it held even longer, but I will still short any spike that comes during EU session and hope it does break later in the US session. Its a strong support and once it breaks, I would love to add one more short on the pullback.
Everyone can see the chart, but only a few can actually read it.

euro right now is right at 1.272 extension of last up swing from Jan 31 low to May 8 high. Very likely it will have some bounce here, to prepare for the next big drop to the 1.618 extension at 3160. When it reaches 1.618 extension, it will have done a 3 drive pattern, a time for a big bounce.

however, it may drop to 3300 before a bounce to around 3500. Just like last time, consolidation followed by a drop, before the bounce to ~1.37
