Did anyone have same chart setup as mine? having both mt4 up with GU H4 charts, 1st pic from AlpariUK, 2nd pic from FXCM, they look soooo diferent from each other

when trade the daily chart do u avoid some news??

Hi likica

Your FXCM chart is missing most of the August data.
You should be able to repair it using tools / history centre. Find GU H4 then press download.

Ok I've attached the zip file that Xaphod posted in his thread, these should all work with the build 600+ of mt4 delete the ones you have and copy these from scratch, then also put in the tdi-rt clone just in case you need it for the watchdog then restart your platform and see how you get on, other than that I'm stumped I'm afraid. I know you probably know this already but I have to say it just in case, make sure you are putting them in the correct folder by opening your platform then clicking on File - Open Data Folder.

1.335 Is Very Stong resistance but i think it will be breaked soon

taken 1 lot out to offset loss with E/Y. Trade was based on daily 3-candles formation showing bearish

I had to go out earlier so set a 50 pip trail on all mine just in case. GJ came out at roughly +34 and GU +11. CJ trade is still there at +53 at the moment, EA went back to BE last night and I missed the bounce this morning.

Now I was short on GJ after news , stop loss at 172.500, I wonder why my stop is hit before continuation, I guess PA didnt reach that far, anyone can confirm?

At 10.30am UK time my candle went up to 172.587 before dropping, thats what pushed my trailing stop up (2nd news for GBP)

Thanks lastingwell, I will rethink the trade and see how to improve or further set different rules for stop loss at least after news release

News Trade...GBPAUD GBPNZD

Both were short...Strangely GBPNZD hit the stoploss...but i don't see price even gone there What might happened? ...GOD

It depends how wide your spread went with news.
