ZEW within 30min must produce decent sell volume (bad news) to make pair spike through 50 downwards. Lowest price was tested but within daily price range in respect to CHF so no deal yet. GBP instead is no issue here.

Monthly: In an extended correction of the 0.8225 -> 1.6038 bull run. but note how the channel is descending and the recent 1.3993 high forms a solid looking top - this alone should give people expecting 1.40+ any time in the next year serious reason to reconsider.
Weekly: With reference to the monthly position it is correcting the last upswing 1.2041 -> 1.3993 and currently about 30% in. On a more near term view it could be considered that it is correcting 1.2755 -> 1.3993 in which case it is 50% in. There is a confluence of these corrections that comes together at 38% and 62% respectively which is 1.3250/60 zone.
Daily: provides a more detailed breakdown of the weekly correction scenario and is making a nice ABC which as the attached chart shows should land in the target bubble 1.326x/1.330x
The lower timeframes are not relevant to this analysis.
Summary: given the solid nature of the Monthly top and the confluence of the Weekly correction scenarios and the overlap with the Daily target zone I would continue to target the lower end of the target bubble ie: 1.3260/80 zone. Where we may get a new bullish correction before it heads for the larger weekly correction levels below. One thing to be kept in mind for those that have still not realised it, the events of May 8th and the subsequent top of 1.3993 were significant and trend changing and any bullish correction will be in respect of the recent drop and excluding any new events will be a correction and not a charge for the top.
This gives you a large insight into how I trade, from here I look to the lower timeframes for entry levels using a simple set of tools. I do not use oversold, cycle indicators, ma etc etc.
In conclusion..... I am short EU
