The timeframe i don't like at the moment. Fortunatly the candels alone is not telling a story except "we are here and we do not know sh*t". Stoch is moving towards the floor with bullish divergence in the making. BUT looked at a lot of bullish divergences the last weeks on 4H that got voided, so still, i'm just watching this TF.

EDIT: AUDCAD would have been a nice trde today, I totally missed that. Now it's too late..

Based on the similarity principle, A correct-sign is expected on the 1HR chart and the only way that can happen is for PRICE(EURUSD) to fall!!!

I'm. If this H4 closes at current levels, around 3386, it can only fall further. But for me, intraday, the last hour close is enough, thats the hour with the most volume, most of the time. Thats why I'm inclined to a long scalp from 3383+-.

They are simply calculated Support/Resistance lines based on High, Low, Close.

I encourage you to use Google, Wikipedia and even Amazon as resources for your research.
Just looking at Wikipedia alone, has a full page of good explanation of how and why they are used.

A pip is only worth it if you know how much you risked to earn it

May be not. 3386 close above 3376 so if next H4 close cannot break 3376 it will let the pair up above 3386 & that might challenge H4 bearish strength.

If a move like that was going to scare me, I wouldn't trade forex. Hourly close is more important than these spikes. And we closed above 3383 again.

Yes, all I need is one more hourly close like all the past ones and I will stay long. If it closes below 3383, I will get out on the next pullback.

Lol, wasn't like that. Came to think about it, how many times i have been watching price hit a level like 20 times and then gone up again or down again. And then when i finally decide i will take a scalp next time, get in.. and then it breaks that level like minutes later. Remember how much I hated it . Was not to offend you in any way.
