All western countries have the war tax, they just don't need to charge it separately, because the taxes in rest of Europe are so high, they can't add to them anymore, because then people would pay more than their salaries are.

Everyone can see the chart, but only a few can actually read it.

The window is a zone in price that the price must go back and close based on what I understood

The reason why? He didn't say.. thats the golden question.. haha that's what we must try to figure out. Could be because if it's to go up, it must pick up enough longs from that zone.. and if it goes up without picking up enough longs.. then it has to come back down.. because there were simply not enough longs to take the price higher? could be something like that based on what I got..

Based on my studies of Eurusdd's stuff, I'm a bit more philosophical about the "Golden Question". It's almost akin to "why did the Big Bang occur?". We have more scientific rigour to explain everything that happened after and even some postulates as to what will happen next. But the origin is elusive and mysterious.... and from a trading standpoint, almost irrelevent.

If you knew that a rubber band (ie prices) stretched as far as it could go..... when it is released, where would it likely return to? That is probably more tradeable than trying to answer, "why was the rubber band stretched in the first place?". However, I believe combining fundamentals and technicals can point to a sensible assumptions, some simple some complex.

The funny thing about the rubber band analogy is that several here have strategies/techniques that measure this phenomenon and are tradeable.
I believe Gator and his mofu levels are the same thing. Max's Bubbles have the same result. Fibs, Gann and Murrey Math have the same premise. Expand and retract, reach and return.

This could work, stops BE and let's see what kind of daily candle we get today to add more shorts.
Risk: Weekly candle is too big, price at the moment formed ABCD on weekly chart, but that could become Bfly as well. Keep it small and add in with acceleration.

i like the idea. if one wants a war. they pay for it with a tax to fund it. i wish they done that here, a few years back. if you want better roads, pay for them. if you want to invade another, pay for it. we should have a war tax with a lockbox on it..if you use it, then you have to replace what you use with a plan before hand. in peace times when the lock box had a few trillion dollars sitting in it. who would want to f with u..
