Traders... i just got back from hols... EURUSD still falling i see lol, Draghi must be very pleased with himself.

Anyway, hope everyone is making their money... I have not touched FX in a while now approx 2 weeks and doubt that will change till end of August. Still in SP500 position not letting that go, not just yet. Among some other equities too which i shared not too long ago.

Green pips to all and see you beg of next month!

So is this entirely a one way street? Wouldn't the weakness in the JPY provide some support to the EUR?

Like many. Your mistake is money management. You should not have risked more than 2% on a trade. Stick to this and you will never get to -50%Regards

Newbie here.
Here is my humble thought as a newbie.
I've read all your technical analysis and got confused. For me, seeing the MN chart below is enough to say that EU will go down further.

While the last 3 monthly candles definitely look good for continued downward, those candles equal about 600 pips of movement so it could go up 100,200,300 or more for a retrace and still have a downward bias on the monthly. My point is you better have some big stops or big margin when playing monthly.

Might be 'cup and handle' pattern in formation on EURUSD 5/15min TF ... we'll see soon. Only thing is, this pattern is successful in clear bull trends - EURUSD is by no means in a clear bull trend right now, quite opposite...

EU Monthly trap was not set yesterday, was set up in March & April and sealed in June

march pierced resistance and closed doji @ resistance, (bearish unconfirmed) april closed spinning top with close just above resistance (bullish unconfirmed) May well May is may, June printed a hammer @ previous candle low (bullish unconfirmed) July with 1 day to go, no wick rejection of resistance (bearish confirming march doji) right now tapping the rising tl and 50 sma
Close here could be seen as bullish (unconfirmed) below the rising tl and 50sma bearish (unconfirmed)

May was pretty sad for me watching traders trying to buy over and over, june wasn't so bad as rest month, but so far all july they been queuing up like sheep again, wtf, either very deep pockets or not real money, anyway some of the bullish comments made me want to puke.

Right now I am sitting on hands, she has good potential to bounce, likewise if support breaks the plummet will continue, as of now the break north has been rejected and waiting to see if she can break south and with nfp this could be an explosive nfp, one we haven't seen for a couple years now, so anyone who really values their account, better be real careful, if these bastards want to screw the market they can at anytime they want

Bounced off the 50% fib from July 2013 lows. Formed a hammer on the daily. Looks like a good area for a bounce back up. Will look for bullish sign and take a long if one appears.
