I agree. 1.3400 will be a good level to place a 40 pip long with stop-loss of equal number of pips. I am waiting for this moment for the past one month.

Same was true for 1.3499 level. You note down the trades or place pending orders, when the time comes you are prepared. This is not the only trade I am waiting for, there are several others. 40 pips is 1% and 1% is a lot of money for any account no matter the balance.

A killer move right now would be the cup and handle formation. We saw it on the 1m chart once the new as released. Yet on higer tf it would be a very unexpected move. Leading up to the news more then 60% of the markets liquidity was to the long side. Why would the first move be up? Many of us believe that this is stop loss hunting at its finest, but what would you do if you could control the order flow of the market. Why would you move EU up when 60% of the market at one point today were all buying?

Smaller timeframes giving bullish divergence. But the deep retracement have spooked me a bit, so it needs to start moving north soon with some confidence
