TDI looks good, but look at your stoch. Do you see how it is starting to hook? Be careful.

Movement is not always immediate, and wins are not 100%. What Big E tried to do was put the trader in the direction of the prevailing immediate momentum. Give the trade two or three bars. Big closed all of his trades at the end of two or three bars.

Is it advisable to open 4H trades on friday or should one stick to 1H on fridays because of lower volumes.Second week where trades taken on friday morning (IST-my time) are going from profit into the red.

Big E advises to not trade on Sunday or Friday because momentum is usually weak.

A thought about how to monitor trades now that a couple of you have the signals down.

When you enter, if you are entering on candle one or two watch those HA candles. If you get a bad HA candle then take what you can and move on.

A bad HA candle is a candle with a wick against the direction you are trading. In a strong trend, you should not see this. If you are long and you start seeing wicks on the low of the candle, bail. Vice versa if short. Do not wait for you stop to be hit. It is actually better to not use stops, but I know that a lot of you have very small accounts. We all have to start somewhere.

Trade demo until you get bored with demo, and then start making money.

true i agree the last 2 friday trades have messed up my PL for the week i have thrown out fridays and sundays from my trading times

Really good advice that you can take to the bank. This is imho is the best trading system I have come across - BUT you gotta pay some attention to it. Like eelfranz said you can fill your wheelbarrow with money. Thanks Jim for taking the time to resurrect this system in the way it was intended.

There are bunch of different versions of the tdi indicator. Any one of them will work. Go to the original thread and click the paperclip. If you are having problems after that, I will be glad to help.
