Nice potential long for EA now @ 1.4404 SL can set for 15 pips...

instead of predicting price I use if set up. i.e if price goes x point what I do. with in my limits. simply we never know when price is take U turn. though there are tools but not 100% sure. so I let her come to me, not force here. bcz no one can force her to do any move she do what she want to do.

GOLD
Price did indeed turn down from this region, not exactly where I expected but right in between the levels specified .707 Retracement. We have reached 61.8 on 4 hours chart and the next candlestick holds the direction for next 12 hours or so.
Target down is 1260, target for upwards move if we get reversal candle is 1335 weekly R1.

Copper
Retracement started and price is approaching 50% Ret 4 hours chart + weekly pivot area, I am looking to add shorts.

Oil
Reversing slowly in all time frames, stops to BE.

EURUSD
Retracement started and I will be using the 61.8 to 78.6 ret on 1 hour chart to decide whether price is correcting or going for the next impulsive move, targets for retracement include 1.3580, 1.36 which should be the limit in a bearish market.


USDJPY
Price touching 70.7 Ret on 4 hours chart, this level is the one I am looking for reversal to happen, will stop looking for this when price crosses 78.6 on the same time frame.

I will only post charts if someone asks for them as I haven't got much time available.

Bull flag on the usd index so I am weary of going long eur/usd

EUR/USD hit resistance.... Both old resistanse, and trendline are stopping it to go down further... I still think will go, but I'm still leraning and don't want to act as smartass... Anyway my losses are telling everything

As I only daytrade i dont give a donkeys @rse what it will do tomorrow or next week, i trade as of what i can expect and get today. Looks like im looking for a long here as it looks right now, but this 3515-20 level is a bit scary, can probably turn south fast it triggerd..

edit: long 3518, seems like buyers lurking down here, bounces quite a lot. tight stop 3512, lets see if we can get to 3530 to start with

edit 2: Moved stop to 3511, and will now look at gold and try finding a nice yenpair

EURUSD moves so slow nowadays

Good morning my fellow E/U lovers. So how is everyone's trades fearing today? I would say reframe from the long position until we have accumulation at a pivot level. H4 is showing us a potential down side move, and we've yet to have a red candle engulf on the h4 chart in well over 20 hours. Taking a long here is very dangerous

Well busted on EU SL hit, missed the train on GBPJPY and EURJPY. Looking for gold and a new shot at EU if 3500 can hold then it will probably shoot straight up.

Squeeze on bollinger band suggesting a breakout is on the table (4hr tf) , similar pattern happened on the 14th and 15th where we saw a 50pip plus move south.

Current levels are meaningful to determine whether we get that bounce or EURUSD carries on its meltdown.... im still holding my position long taken yesterday at 1.3513, but might close out earlier than predefined stop at 1.34799, depending if it gets under 1.35 and how it acts between 1.3488/1.35

Will go to hourly candle close and new one opening to determine!
