GU, 5 lot scalps entered short with RWL target figured reversal and it did +25.5, entered counter trend long with bounce from RDL +28, today total +53.5 pip gain today. Gotta love TAH's charts. The best charts and MM explanations I've seen in 10 years, although I'm not a position trader!

All trades were late and missed many pips while sleeping.....

We had nearly the same entry but I am just going for smaller pip scalps with bigger lots. Should have stayed in longer as you did!

Hi Sonic traders
I have been lurking on this thread off and on and consciously and unconsciously it has influenced me.(thank you Sonic Traders)
My system is ideas borrowed from others since everyone knows barely anything new is in trading.
I developed 2 system in 1
Wave 34EMA High Close Low
RSI 8
WR% 21 period
Above is trend following or counter trend but mainly trend following
BB system designed to have exhaustion levels in mind.
Deviation 2-3
2 BB's
When price is inside BB 2-3 deviation it most likely will turn (exhaust)
Lets say you are following sonic or 34EMA WAve and everything is dandy until price overreaches inside BB then you should either exit or take counter trend trade.
RSI 80/20 with BB 2nd 3rd deviation very strong signal to get out and maybe counter trend.
So to sum up 1st part is telling where the trend is going 2nd BB part warning you dangers ahead.

You have a very "technical", indicator dependent method.

The Robber Bank MMs like to build around key SR, like whole and half numbers. They like to let others do so also, then Stop Hunt them by whipping or whacking the price, maybe to another key SR. Mathematicians have never been able to apply math to best the MMs. But, they certainly have tried hard enough. That is why there are so many "indicators". Unfortunately, they all fail when traders need them most to not fail.

There is no substitute for getting your feet wet, learning how the market really works. That is another way of simply saying a trader needs to survive long enough to accept the fact that the market is totally and unpredictably manipulated, that indicators - all of them - will lead to ruin and therefore should not be the primary basis for a trading method.

I agree on Whole /half numbers but not finding connection on technicals.Maybe you could expand more?

Just a sober thought! Wishing all of the Malaysian traders, their families and all nationalities involved in the plan crash tragedy the best in their family support as we are all horrified that such a tragedy occurred and touched so many.

MM did stop hunt me, lost 320 pips.
For a trader, losses are like overhead is to a business. They are unavoidable but manageable.
Part of the game is to take loses as a man, I'm still up 6% this week so I'm cool.

AUDUSD:

I am stalking this one out of thirst for revenge for time wasted on it this week, while the MMs manipulated the price to hell and gone. I have taken on two short positions and am stalking for a third when the MMs hike the price above the whole number.

On the Day chart this is seen clearly to be ranging for over three months now, just in the upper part of the range for the last half of this period. It has me thinking the MMs are bears overall. They might be building their short positions ahead of whacking the price to give the RBA what they asked for - a price below 0.8500! And all this time ranging might be for the purpose of making sure when the train leaves the station to run south, the Robber Bank MMs are mostly the only ones on it.
