Think I'll opt for some scalping at 35300. Eventually I'll take a long position nearer 35100. Not sure we will go down much further until Yellens testimony feeds through.

Be careful...the Trend is your friend.

I am done with the EU until I see a good reversal pattern. Or a pullback to Resistance, followed by short trigger, then another sell.

As I posted here late yesterday (repeating the outlook below)eak of the pattern around 1.36 would be bearish --- now watch 1.3550 as it will dictate whether the market goes for 1.3503 and below.

Keep your eye on 1.36 as that will tell you whether market makes a run for 1.3500.

1.3500 - 1.3520 BEFORE YELLEN speech in 4 hours.
Once the speech starts, it's hard to say how EU would react, but for sure, before it starts, price should stay at this range.

There isn't any major news from the EURO side for the rest for the week now. That gives me the minimum news interference in the London section which i really enjoy trading with.

Anyway, just to make it clear, i believe once the price reached the 1.3500-1.3520 zone, it should stay there before Yellen speech starts. Any meaningful reaction to this zone would be AFTER or DURING Yellen's speech depends on what she says. To me, it's pretty much a gambling when trading DURING Yellen's speech. I might put up couple trades after her speech over if bear continues below 1.3500.

Remember ECB wanted a low EURO, the possibility of going under 1.3500 is actually favorable to ECB.

I'm sure that when Draghi mentioned the 'extended period' of sub zero interest rates, that was the signal that gave the baton to the bears. His strategy to stimulate more lending for small businesses from the banks looks like a long term project. With that in mind, I don't see that anything Yellen has to say today will influence a bullish outlook on this pair. Yes we shall so some re-tracement but the long term look for the pair is bearish in my opinion.

Wait for price action to develop a reversal pattern.

I am not interested in any EU long at this point. Daily candle is at support, but I could see consolidation set in before a move higher. Ignore what the news headlines say, just be aware of when key news is released so you are not entering a large position before a major announcement.

Let price action determine when and how to map out your trade.

After what we have heard over the past few days, the ECB's mis-management of the Euro Zone is becoming much more apparent now. I predict that we shall see 1.30 before the year is out.
