considering there were just a few releases about aud maybe going down to 0.92 by some banks i got very inclined on going long lol everytime for the past 4 months this has happened creates a direction oposing to their articles this is more like a gambling then a trade though so sorry but i wanted to share my point aha

I can see a nice down move here within the coming weeks. I would wait for a break of the .9300 level before going short.

The AUD also got hurt by strenght on the greenback, but as much as the Kiwi.

Looks to me like a lot of clear failures to break north and stern rejections.

gotta go with the tried and tested ways. i have buy limit orders at the tops of each of the 2 lower blue boxes... no thought involved...lol

Hi Ken, can you or anyone on this matter tell me how the Chinese data a few hours from now influence the AUD ? I'm from Europe so I've traded a little on the Asian session and really need some info on this pair and the factors that move it.

Looking at the way the price is reacting to the news it is looking downhill from here. Good news for AUD and CNY this week but AUD keeps declining. After the good CNY news yesterday you would expect the CNY GDP to be better then forecast today but will the AUD go up? Looks like the RBA commentary is finally starting to make traders take notice. Any other opinions?

i am a supply and demand trader. understanding that all influences are already factored into price, even though 'the sheep' haven't seen it yet, does not change the reality of where supply and demand are situated on a chart. most of the time, the news simply drives price towards a supply or demand level, then shoots in the other direction. i have 2 demand zones from what i see, very close to price. to me the news is and always will be irrelevant when untouched fresh supply or demand levels are nearby... just my 2 cents...

Enjoy reading this thread as keen to learn as much as possible in Forex and living in Australia naturally follow our currency . Hope to contribute more when I have more knowledge . My own thoughts are the Aussie hopefully will drop to around 88c in the next few months with are Iron ores prices falling and the oversupply as all the miners come on line . The gold price dropping will help . Very interested in China , the drop in land and house prices , the ghost cities all does not inspire confidence in China which is going to greatly affect us with 40 % of are exports are to China . Trading demo accounts until I hopefully gain the expertise and confidence . Also interested in Binary's but that's hard ! Good luck with al your trades and a thank you to all who contribute .
