Like i said on Friday it will go lower and it did. Right now we are set for test of 1.70 or even lower, the only thing that could get in way of this is tomorrows Carney speech. This weakness is coming from GBP itself, so only Carney can now turn things around.

I haven't read any of their comments but I do read this blog and I'll tell you right now most of these guys have mico or practice accounts and aren't serious traders.

Unless there is some news on a rate change or something equally obvious I personally never know which way price is going until we come into a previous level and get desirable pattern then I try and trade the reversal. Often price will run away without me because I don't get a set up that I liked and sometimes price doesn't reverse. The only time I make predictions is around a level.

Great point. Pro traders usually use the term "levels" instead of S/R because S/R refers to past PA, while hitting a current level may or may not provide S/R.

When price reaches those levels that's when you have to watch closely for reversal patterns, those levels can be short term previous highs or lows Daily or weekly, 200 DMAs on 1 hour or 4 hour charts and so on.

I still have this position from yday but I will sell it if we reach 1,36.
If it surges today I will buy more short euro/USD at then same leverl 1,3638.. I am sure the euro will go down but I am not sure when. I think we still are in the range. 1,3570-1,37.
In meantime I only take shorter trades. So when the euro goes I am probably out but I am very convinced abouth the downside.. I have many longer positions in other currencies as NOK.

What is your plan for the day?

But I am with you about the direction, all my higher TFs are showing down, but they are doing this since days whereas the weekly still has this ugly bullish divergence.
