Does anyone recall what happened to e/u 2 months ago as the price increase 24 hours before his speech? Speech started, a small pop up, then 500 pip drop in 2 weeks.

EURUSD went up and down during the course of the session on Friday, making an inside day and essentially holding the 1.36 level again. That being the case, the market seems like it’s ready to move upward to the resistance at the 1.37 level again.

my Monday is starting out bumpy ... took a sell order at 3615 with TP at 3609 but right after I bought in it soared up to 3641 ...

Lets see how Monday plays out. expecting it to reach the 3590 area again !

Are you new to trading ? Situation was different, the price was at a different level (close to 1,4000), and check the time of the speech and where he talks.

I would say "Yes" to your answer. Based on things which has happened in the past, dealing directly with "high impact news", Your target price will be hit, only if we accumulate near the todays high.
