Hi, would have been bear divergence if the last high was a higher high and the stochastic indicated a lower low.

Should it break the horizontal trend line support level near 138.50, EURJPY can test 138.40 and 138.20 before testing 138 levels. However, a reversal towards 138.65 negates the downtrend chances.

Trades closed.138,50 hold atm.H4 SR and PA showing now a reversal set up.

You are right, 138.50 seems hold and price is moving towards 138.65. Let's see what will happen tomorrow.

Prices could break 138.80 and tested 138.38. Hope the pair will maintain the horizontal support line and test 138.20 levels.

I agree with your point of divergence but i want to wait till the pair break 138.70 level and then go long for the target of 139.20.
