Bullish 4H close, smells like a reversal. Long for 20pips until London.

H4 Chart

To me looks like a good opportunity for a short trade with pretty good risk to reward.

Price has broken support and is now coming back to test previous support.

Initial target could be just above 101.25

USDJPY pull-back could actually extend till 101.80-102.00, but the pair seems to have broken down from its recent trading range.
Would utilise this pull-back to initiate fresh short for initial downfall till 101.00-100.80 area and eventually to sub-100.00 psychological mark.

UJ seems heading towards a re-test of 102 level (descending trend line), breaking which 102.30 can become immediate resistance for the pair. On the downside, confluence of 20-EMA and 40-EMA on H4 chart near 101.65 becomes immediate support, breaking which the pair can fall to 101.40, 101.25 and 101 level.

only technical correct tool is Andrew pitchfork with trend lines.

entered short at 102.17, TP 101.7.

USDJPY advancing in zigzag in its last leg to complete triangular pattern, a short breakout of top channel line before a major wave C down.

I know it's going higher in the long run, but I wasn't expecting a break of 102.00 so quickly. I thought it might happen (or was HOPING it would happen) next week... for reasons I won't say lol cuz I know that sounds kinda weird

Anyways, she's at 102.20 now, and I expect her to go higher before the weekend, although I'd prefer for her to go down.

Just my 2 cents. This thing is a beast and there's no stopping the BoJ and the yen!

Even with the absence of fundamentals, UJ is heading for the test of 101.75, breaking which 101.30 can't be denied.
