short term this pair is going to 1.03 fast and straight. just take a look at the chart and try to explain the fast run-up from 1.03 to 1.12? If you can't explain it then there is no reason this shouldnt be at 1.03 right now.

Having breached 200-day EMA and 76.4% Fibo level, USDCAD is likely to test 1.0620 levels, signaled by ascending trend line ranging from September 2012.

challenging the neckline of a pretty clean inverse head and shoulders on the smaller timeframes at the moment. either that or just grabbing those stops at 1.0695.

there are tonnes of big resistance areas on the larger timescales, monthly weekly daily, new week next week new month coming betting on some correction at least. GDP numbers on monday will be a interesting.

There is no way the GDP number can be as bad as the US one. even with in line or slightly worse data USDCAD is going to 1.06 if not lower after data.

I doubt it will matter. Your "uptrend" was a correction.
