Trendlines do work, i have my own theory why they actually work. Becouse price is moved by supply and demand mostly, the way price is affected in nice steady trends is that for example if demand keeps failing and supply keeps holding, it creates effect where lows and highs can be connected trough trendline, due to structure of supply and demand zones. I do not believe that trendlines work only becouse so many traders use them or becouse there is something magical on them bouncing price but trough supply and demand it makes sense to me. Its not some hot water i am inventing here just pointing out for those who think trendlines dont work, trying to explain it from technical perspective what is behind them. Here is pic:

it might also be that trendlines are one of the criteria for algos trading. Fibos included. They are easier to detect than PA for algos.

taken a fresh short here @ 3585 as it appears to be rejecting the first and the main target bubble for the correction of the move down today
time will tell if the entry is too soon or otherwise

gl, would watch out though, there was relative EUR strength in relation to USD moves causing this....
compare for example with GU

Yes right.

Each trend has a start and End .
we need to see the end , mean the bottom on weekly and above, cause for this pair the mean bull trend is the weekly , we need to confirm the bottom before trading the move.

Today EURUSD followed US yields intraday. When there is lack of news and with such big moves on the end of the curve, its understadable it ends up following it.

The lack of trend on the euro and the rate hike talking theme from the FED is probably making euro following rates, as soon as we are done with any rate hike theme, this currency will break free from rates again and we go higher
