Hey traders,

Although I'm a seller on EURUSD at this levels due to ECB latest move and the improvement in the US economy, by looking at the charts the RSI on Daily looks pretty bullish and I think this evening we will see a retest of the 1.3610 - 20ish area, H1 is oversold, H4 still has room to move.
In my opinion I suggest everybody to watch closely the FOMC meeting this evening and try to go with the flow :

Guys I am writing it some days and I stay on the same opinion now. Eur.USD is trading between 1.3580 and 1.3520. Every time it reach those limits it goes back. Its a good range to trade and get some profits. However if the announcements today change the parameters those limits will change. Till then I don't expect dramatic movements outside the limits. I have gone short again on 1.3580 and hope to close this position before the announcements with profit. lets see...

Dunno what to say about this move higher in EURUSD. Looks like stubborn buyers about to be chopped up by the FOMC. I'm not touching this pair ahead of the statement as I'm not super confident in either direction.

It's difficult for the Fed to do/say anything that will make eurusd go up at present. The ecb has done all the talking down that it possibly could have. And the usd on the other hand has its shoe on the other foot, in that things can only take on a more hawkish stance than the present one. It would be difficult for sentiment to be more dovish after tonight's shenanigans. The Fed can only talk the usd up rather than down, in the present state. Hence eurusd will either stabilise where she is in the short to medium term or head down to the 13500 mark. I don't believe yellen / fomc can cough up any rhetoric that would send it below 13500 in the short to medium term.
So, I see a potential 70 to 100 pip fall this eve before long and continued consolidation once more. Or no move at all, post event.
