It can close however it whant lol.To have a haging hammer acored to the 110 pip moved (D1) we need a 30 - 35 pip bullish candel body.But i better suggest to stay out you whont loss anything if you stay out and safe.

Similar to EURUSD, EURJPY came under pressure on bears in the EURUSD. We seen the EURJPY trying to re-test 140 level but failed for break out higher than that, creating more bears entering this pair. Shorted 140.05 and as I post this post, EURJPY TP1 target is hit and looking out to hit TP2 which is 138.10 level. Further down the roadhttp://cdncache-a.akamaihd.net/items...rrow-10x10.png, I would be expecting EURJPY hitting 136.50 level.

EURJPY is expected to rest near 138.50 level as marked by 76.4% Fibo. of its May to June up move, breaking which May low of 138 can become strong support for the pair before it plunges to 137.30 and 136 levels. On the upside, 138.85 and 139.15 can become immediate resistance for the pair.

Good analysis, in the long run the market should ultimately go above 140 level, but not just yet and could be bumpy road now and then.

In the longer run EUR is gonna surpass the Japanese Yen's strength which can becomes the ultimate reason for the pair to rise at a faster pace.

Still bearish, I'm waiting for the price get below 1.38 level, at that point the market should head to 135.
