ECB: EUR/USD seen at 1.38 in 2014 vs. previous 1.36. Same forecast for 2015 and 2016.

ECB implying here that its okay to be around 1.38.. so its just a matter of time

I lost you there. It's very simple. There's no deflation risk because low inflation is due to temporary factors such as high exchange rate. Draghi expects prolonged low inflation but no deflation.

correct, today's announcement isn't really "bad" but I just think the market expected more. More ECB easing would help offset Fed tapering/hikes. ECB came up short today.

Yeah, but we'll go higher this year. Expect 1.41 to be hit. That will take a while though...
