The policy actions enacted are EXACTLY what was expected, any marginal surprise will be on how serious they are on QE in the Q&A. They through that "more prep work on outright purchases" line into the statement. How real is that line is probably 90% of the the game from here

I think he named the new 4 year maturity LTRO's to TTRO's or some new definition and because of the new negative lending rate + the new IMF negative loans from April will push down the pair .
Moreover he is very hawkish regarding the recovery and exports growth, so all in all he back's up their earlier meeting decision, he said that only in 2015-2016 the inflation will be in line with their targets.
