After reading all materials from post #1 and a few dozen trade setup posts, I still have some questions regarding a certain aspect of PVSRA. Trust me, I'd rather not clutter this precious thread with my newbie questions if I can find the answers myself. I humbly ask before you to help me in the right direction to reach an understanding of these PVSRA concepts since I can't find the answer myself (I'm a relatively slow learner
) In order to prove that I have been doing my homework, I will post my questions only AFTER I explain my understanding of PVSRA concept. I greatly appreciate and greatly encourage all constructive and corrective comments.

I apologize in advance if this is a repeat question, as I really am stuck at this point to understand this material.
1. I understand that markets moves in 4 phases (from the PVSRA PDF): accumulation, mark up, mark down, distribution. I also understand that we have to look for volume cues at price extremes to know if the market is in distribution or accumulation phase, i.e. if there is ultra high volumes at price lows, this means there is heavy buying by MMs (accumulation) and vice versa.
What I am having trouble is in the mark up and mark down phase. How could we tell from the volume cues, IN REAL TIME, if the volume is "stopping" volume or "direction-supporting" volume? Since this is easy to identify after the fact, but I haven't got the slightest clue on how to do this in real time. Should we look for PA candles forming in conjunction with abnormal volume and S/R levels, or is there a discretionary method to identifying them? Please see attached pic A from PVSRA PDF.
2. I understand MMs want to buy below whole/half numbers and sell above whole/half numbers and also buy below/sell above possible S/R levels. I'm having a hard time identifying if the MMs are reloading for a previous move (i.e. continuation) or preparing for a reversal. For example in recent GJ 30m chart (pic B), the buying below the whole number 170 is clear, but for the subsequent PA, how could we tell if MMs are reloading for shorts or have switched into bulls? since price is always below or above a whole or half number.
Those are the two questions that I really am stuck with at the moment. I greatly appreciate any little push towards the path of enlightment that you all can give me

The answer to #2 is to look at a larger TF chart, say the DAY chart, to see how significant the 171.00 LEVEL is. With that in the picture, it is likely the MMs are bears, building shorts at highs all the way up to 171.00, where they might reverse the trend back to down, and might provide a Classic short setup. Maybe yes, maybe no. They could take it higher, to the next half number above, while building shorts.
PVSRA is an art form. Not always will things be clear, and some time will be needed for the market to play out its hand. Is that a problem? No, of course not. It is the same as for setups. Does the market always give perfect setups in abundance? No, of course not. We need to learn there is a season to watch the MMs do their stuff, to get a better handle on what they are doing regardless of the direction they are moving the price, and stalk for the Classic prime rib dinner.

GBPUSD Accumulation of long positions around 1.673. I am watching for retracement of medium term range potentially to 1.680 Having said this there is something of a classic short in play on H1 and H15 charts but as TAH advised this seems to be news event related.

watching Higher TF and entrying base ond lower TF before news .. we aproach support strong support it makes me believe there might be bulls, high activity on low before news made my entry long, then we got news - bullish ucad but what do I see now is :
Trendline need to be broken
Restistance one, than if we broke the second need to be broken strong.
We will see, after NY open today they will show us the way if there are really bulls or maybe there will need more accumulation.
For me Ucad is getting ready for a run, and the high volume on lows is buying.
I might be wrong, lets see how trendline and resistance will works this week if we break them with high volume
