I ask you because I also look for contraction before expansion, I use two different of set ups on the Historical Volatility to determine that and it is not showing on GU atm (daily), would be interesting to see how you do it....

it is still struggling and won't be suprised if it hits a new low in US session. 1.3562 and 1.3528 are still open if 3600 breaks now

Poss. bounce to 1.37 cooking, although bearish PA from 3 weeks ago threatens to cap the rallies - to the downside - 13570 still wide open -

serious offers should be around 13660 and 13700....when one of the two main parties is absent usually it gets back to where it started by the close of the day. If it doesn't I would be preparing myself for a long ride.

the 20ema is miles away, yes it is a bear market but they needs the bulls....to make them bears....did I make any sense?

ABCD pattern in progress on Daily chart.
This swing can be used by scalpers and I expect 1.6788 region to hold price if retracement continues. Then I will short for more downside.
Otherwise just follow to first target of this trade.
