Just a few thoughts on EURUSD as we approach the end of May 2014 (wow the first post was 10 years ago now!) As of a few weeks ago most sentiment was pointing us towards 1.42 but since the ECB talks & Draghi inputs we have seen a short-term tumble from those yearly highs.

It seems as if we are stuck in a short-term bearish bias..... with a lot more slower days.. Draghi talking about risks of low inflation in the EU as he saw risks causing consumers/businesses to delay purchases.

The USD proves to be a shade weaker and the action has been so range-bound lately, which has only proved great for the intra-day scalpers..

Are we crossing 1.40 again? Keen to hear some other thoughts...

(I may go back to my AUDNZD shorts for the interim)

Wasn't at the screen when 1.3661 was hit, the second one for 1.3674 is BE.

Waiting for signs to L, still not and looking bad atm.

Saw this as well, but in true I didn't trade it. First TP hit, second at 1.36073 (pic).

I had a possible 4H trade (saw it when it was already untradable for me) with tp's on 1.36463 and 1.36048. First TP hit days ago, now going for the second on 1.36048, maybe price is going for it now.

He never assured you of anything, if financial media and the collective of gamblers lack the ability to read and understand ... it's not really his problem! If you also placing the security of your money, on some group of journalist, again it's not his problem!

USD making a nice push in the past few minutes, USDJPY took out 102 stops. Sterling under pressure with the Astra deal off the table. EM currencies getting hit probably on tightening concerns.

Great durable goods, home prices booming, 2 year high for flash services. Consumer confidence near recent highs.



Recent data looks good outside of retail sales.

Then those big craps sold against ECB?
ECB must be happy with it because now they can maintain euro exchange rate without major intervention.
I see the same thing going to happen when price pushed down from 383x to 340x without any retracement. If bear players learned anything from that big mistake then they will let it bounce for strong down. Time is running up.
