Heh last time i heard of total US liabilities it was 70 T. Almost double now already, looks like its no point even following that number becouse it doesnt say much in terms where the end line is, certainly its not the number, but the action.

Markets, the press, sell-side and market watchers are universally predicting that ECB will act next meeting.

Now the reality, lets get this straight:
1) ECB didn't said anything new on last meeting.
2) ECB didn't pre-commit like the market/press is portraying.
3) ECB is data dependent about when to act (crazy as it sounds that was the whole point Draghi conveyed on expectations for the ECB to act)

These are the facts! THERE WAS NOTHING in the meeting that would make next meeting action a sure thing and as powerful as people are expecting (rate cuts, negative deposite,LTRO, Unsterilized SMP are all the prevailing expectations lol) The issue went totally berserk, everyone is wrong on this.

One way to think about this is: remove the market reaction from your analysis, watch the press conference and now go watch what everyone is saying that ECB will do, does it sound resonable? Is it so straightfoward that ecb will act from the meeting alone? Is it just crowd behaviour at work? What do you think?

We will see who is right after next HICP Flash next week. That piece of data will be key to know if ECB will act or not (again, data will win over anything, that was the whole point of Draghi). If it shows a improvmenet, then yeah ECB won't even cut rates (sorry idiots who are working at banks and on economic departaments and on the press).

In the end I don't know if ECB will act until the next HICP data, but if he does it will be just to NOT lose market credibility and to take advantage of the circumstances since markets already are pricing it. Nothing to do with maintaing consistent policy making.

On the 4 hour chart it looks like we just hit peak while on the daily it looks like we could spike to around .376 we got a gap to fill on the daily

at the moment and according to probability theory... it seems that if the long story prevails.... the 1,3729 is the final station where it meets the 50% fibo...in the mean time the price has to overcome the 1,3675 where it meets the fibo 38,5%... lets see
