DislikedHi Guys I don know is it the right place to discuss .i am seeing in FXCM they executed the order at at least i pip away what their tick chart shows . It looks their are doing some unfair tricks with traders. to day i noticed in two trades they executed the price which even did not reach at that minute chart. one was sell and other was buy in both they ripped 1 pip extra what their chart shows. Any way i am going to make official complaint to regulatory authority let them investigate. Is this happened with any one as well If this the not right place...Ignored

Disliked{quote} Hi Bogi, That's the same version of MT4 that I'm using on my computer. It's possible the error is with the settings on one of the EAs or indicators you're running. It could also be that you have too many charts, lines or bars open at once and it's bogging down the platform. At this point, it would be best if you contacted our live customer support, so they can walk you through some suggestions in real time either by phone or live chat.Ignored

DislikedHI Jason It seems FXCM have done something with their data which has messed up the trade explores. I can only get my history to display my curve from the start of last week. This is quite annoying as now i can't view my actual trading statistics through the trade explorer function here on forex factory. Will this be fixed or is this situation a permanent one?Ignored

Disliked{quote} My version i downloaded for test MT4 is version 4, build 646. This one maybe needs to be updated. My other brokers have this version too. When you open platform, if it ask you to make changes, let it make changes, it should update automatically. I think I have UK version.Ignored

DislikedI'm currently using TS2 with one-click trading switched on. A couple of times I've inadvertently closed a trade, for example when I've been looking at a different window and clicked on the TS2 window to get it back in focus, it's cost me. Any chance of having an extra option on one-click to require confirmation just on closing a trade - Would it be possible to put this in as an enhancement request maybe?Ignored
