Only thing that matters on EURUSD right now is 3720. If it breaks that bulls got it. If not, then well that support 3650 dont look good to hold.

IMO. Game over for this week. CYA next week.

May be Russians running out of fund to boost EUR (I don't know why)
May be they will earn this weekend by pumping more oil while US maintains high fuel price by destroying every oil generating nation one by one.

the fed has not stopped, and private markets are increasing buying pressure. even with that, the eu dropped 3%.. if/when that buying pressure weakens. usd should be much stronger. last week the usd hit the same support area its been in for months w/o b/o. at 2.5% bond rates remained usd neutral to positive, it dropped below yesterday. meaning usd weakness. but we are still off usd support, that the bullish b/o months ago, indicates a larger usd bull move. bonds have a hold on the usd atm because even with bonds pulling the usd down. she still dropped the eu 3%

If growth doesn't improve in US, they will need a much higher exchange rate...it looks like high exchange rate didn't stop Italy from posting good trade balance figures today...something's happening over there and sounds positive...most of this bond buying in my view is linked partially to the uncertainty which the end of tapering is creating

bonds are struggling and so is usd/jpy. but we have a divergence today. usd/chf is not giving up. so pain is there. this usd/jpy selling or not buying whatever you call it may be a signal for stock market near term top

thats the assumption of buying pressure on bonds. sell stocks, buy bonds protect principle...the more that they do this, the harder it would be for the eu to drop. but if this happens and the usd is still getting stronger., its a bigger underling problem... unlikely, but it could even be systemic. markets are at odds, stocks are near highs, little guy in last
