Notice how the price stopped in the middle of the channel and broke it sharply.My experience is telling me that a sharp move through a channel is going to bring us a similar move in opposite direction. Do you see that support? The third bounce is possible there and it can give us a nice move up. Remember that this is just my point of view which fits to my trading style and my trading system. True there may be a bounce but this isn't going to reach 1.4 in my opinion or higher as some here have been saying at least not in the medium term.

Granted if ECB does nothing there could be a possible retest, but this is exactly what the ECB doesn't want. They stated they would be more comfortable with the exchange rate more towards 1.25 - 1.27.

if it gets near 8775 let me know.. i may place a s with a tight stop off the week hangman.. some candle traders would s if it gets below 8603, but the sl would be above 8779.. that hangman is near the 2011 high.. that may be all she's got.. normal is 8022.. i think she will eventually get there pattern wise

Well I am a scalper so I say 5m is the best. I believe using higher tf creates bias, which can end to heavy losses especially when the market moves the way it has. I feel as if you focus on lower tf, you can simply just follow price action and candle engulfs to scalp your way to a high amount of pips.
