PVA just tells activity of certain level of price, it doesnt tell you bull or bear MM, you need combine with analyze Price and S/R to determine MM. Thats what PVSRA is..

Please give me an opportunity post to this topic..

Grid is one of risky method to trading forex like a martingale. You analyze it correctly, but the market do what it want because many factors influece the currency.
TAH told it several times as regards manipulating by banks, political and economic interest countrys. No one system will show you the future and nobody knows where will price go next. But we can minimize risk our speculation.

Instead of this i will say thank you to loeil and futurepeter to show us what can happen with building scouts. All we knows how hard it is to accept hugh Loss
With all due respect this will happens again..Guarenteed.

My target is not hugh pips but lower risk, theyfore i recommend to set SL if u use this method.
More Options to minimize Margin call is no trading against Trend on higher TF (W1).
Max. 5 Scouts between them should be at least 50 pips with 200 pips SL each scout. So you can calculate max. 1000pips SL, i think it is better then blown your account, theyfore it is highly important when and where you start to building your scouts.

EU Comment; IMO, still has more downside potential long term to the demand/support zone @ 1.36X area based on H4 and H1 charts. Of course their will be possible classic counter trend trades for short term or scalping (which I will be watching to trade with MM's short term) , but I think these trades should be carefully watched and although I don't use a stop loss, one should be used by most trading counter trend.

EURUSD - I see some sign of bull interest.

M15 - price came down on high volume and then suddenly strong bullish reaction. Seems like price has reached the level where bulls are more active and interested of price.

H1 - the most interesting thing is that price came down on high volume, then comes bullish pin bar which has higher volume than previous down bar has. There is bull interest in. Next up bar looks like still no demand but next down bar is more interesting. Down bar, wide spread, closing on its low but volume has less than last bullish pin bar! To me it means that bearish interest falls off and bulls getting more active.

So, I'm looking longs there but before I want to see higher low.

I agree short term. Long term based on my above charts demand/support zone? Of course, you have a uncanny history of analyzing the correct direction! I trade short term anyway so will just be watching closely either Bullish or Bearish for trading opportunities.

Actually I like more short term trades than long term trades. Sometimes it not goes that way and have to wait more time but still I'm looking short term trades.

Ok, I thought you were more of a position trader. Anyway, we shall let the dragon and PVSRA show us the way without analysis paralysis ......

EU M1 shows how MM's often like playing to the 200 ema which I observe for scalping opportunities along with higher t/f trend and PVSRA (200 ema not to deviate from pure Sonic but fyi and tightened chart to illustrate for short term traders who have PM'd )

Hi loeil

your analysis on eur/usd is interesting. However I believe that the high volume pinbar you are refering contains more selling than buying. My rationale is based on two facts:
1. Price was approaching demand area. Usually at these areas you see rapid price sparks. If such sparks are not followed by further price movement they are just "sparks".
2. The pinbar was engulfed by bear candle with strong volume (but not ultra strong volume). This is a sign that bears are still in control.

Just doing some weird Fe tool stuff - ie where price took off from, placing abc there..

Fits totally with one of Cigarguys levels - and also the recent source of upmove.


And please don´t ask me what the FE tool is. Google it and how to set it up if you dont know

The pdf "master the markets" by Tom Williams who is the founder of VSA (volume spread analysis) was recommended by loeil to help those that wanted to learn how he learned to analyze and dissect volume and PA so effectively. This pdf is the first edition of "master the markets" which was put together later to help Tom Williams sell a certain trading software program. This copy of the original is basically the same thing minus all the advertising of his trading software.
I can already start to see how much this will help give PVSRA a base to build off of.
loeil also recommended watching this guy

I have watched several of his videos and although he sometimes is a little painful to listen to he definitely knows his stuff and ive already learned alot from him.
