might be the start of something for the USDX, keeping my nzd short.

I just opened a short 1.3883 in EURUSD and looking to open small GBP short soon, started very small position at 1.6890.

I don't enter at market much, this may backfire on me. But USDX is at good support with a lot of calls for it to break. So I am buying USD across the board (long usdjpy also ... look at chart (second chart), closing if we break below it

only USD pair I don't like is the USDCHF, but that might be telling of EURCHF breaking below 1.21 ...

draw a quarterly pivot on kiwi, tell me which pivot it missed and not come back to visit that level again.

I closed most of my kiwi longs, been buying for a while. But just entered short. I was looking to short .89-.8910, but with that said ... it probably won't get there with a lot of orders to short there.

My current short .8683, I will probably get out around .8525 and go long, or reenter short if we break below and hold .85-.8515

it ain't sleeping, more like acrobatics. MA's are the frontline ... AUD tapped under a pip above last weeks high ... and retreated, that maybe all she wrote for the month. sell in may and go away ... 4-5 years running? lets tune in.

kiwi may hang near the top for a while. trade it with small positions, add on rallies and reduce on dips, and hold a certain size do not reduce any more going for the big drop some time later. That is to build positions near the top by scaling in and out, and hold a certain size for the big drop some time later

24 month ATR is 380 pips, last month was about 231. I am positioned for a move, most likely, of 160 pips or more ... and I have longs going to ... thanks, but I don't need advice on kiwi, that has been my main trade for over a year now. I am in 'buy-the-dip' mode until we break below .8050.

My short is countertrend. looking for .85, if it breaks lower, than .8250 and .8050, I will be buying big at .8050 unless external factors are driving it lower (us rates, outside problems, etc).

Wünsche ich dir auch. And I can understand that. After NFP last week I've just felt this pair has been so choppy. I'm waiting for cleaner PA or a rise to a higher level to re-try longer term positions. Made some money here but it's just too much of a mess to gamble atm....no point in trading chop.

Just another way of saying you don't really know where the turning point is otherwise you'd go all in and exit where you know you're wrong. Unless you're trading billions, I mean, at which scaling in is simply necessary to fill the position. Losers average losers has been one of the few trading expressions that seems to have held true over time.
