for me it is still not obvious enough when touch is proper, nearly or just my imagination but I guess it takes screen time to get it right

Yes, screen time will help you to better recognize touches. Keep in mind that there is repainting on the last candle; for example you can watch the chart now and have 5 pips between price and 10EMA, but after 15 minutes the touch could look perfect (case in point the GBPUSD touch I mentioned earlier). With screen time you will train yourself to spot these kind of situations and profit from them.

Also, regarding 10EMA touches keep in mind:
-a 10EMA touch is valid when 35.50 have a decent angle;
-the price must make a move in the direction pointed by the 35.50 of at least 15 pips;
-it must not take price more that two candles to return to 10 EMA;
-1st touches are money makers, 2nd touches are riskier; I would take a 2nd touch only if there is a SR level converging with the 10EMA;

Hello, I'm new to this system, I spent the last weekend reading the "M15 dance manual" pdf and checking the history of a few charts to see if this system could fit my trading level.
Anyways, I was monitoring EJ this morning and I saw what seemed to be a 35 touch which occured at a level at which the price had some problems couple days before.

But it turned out it was not a good sell entry.

Would there have been any reason that I missed to not have taken it ?

I took this one. The only reason to avoid this trade would be a lousy Monday, and Bank Holiday in UK..
But look at the slope of MA's , look at MA's on H1, why not try even with smaller position as usual...

Ok, thank you for your input, I know that there is no system with 100% wining chances, as long as it was the first one I spotted, I was just wondering if I forgot an entry criteria or something I did not think about.
Anyways, it seems that the second one I spotted on UJ would have covered the loss :

GU constrainment; I was a bit skeptical because Mondays are usually slow but it worked out pretty well...

Don't you think MA's were flat at the time of constrainment?

I am not a constrainment expert, but during constrainment the 35/50 are usually flat..... which is probably why I don't trade them much, it's not always clear when they are going to break. The positive is that you need a very small SL trading those, so a loss is no big deal.

MA's were flat, but they also contained the price pretty well; I also had supporting reasons from higher timeframe.

Sometimes MAs have angle, sometimes they don't ... constrainment trades are more about containing/placing pressure on the price that retracing after a move, so...while I take angle into consideration I don't look at it as a "deal breaker" factor when trading constrainments.
