Hi all
like the title says - I want to pay off my mortgage as quickly as possible with fx money. There is no point for me to look any further than that. Life when you're mortgage free is much easier - you have comfort that nobody will kick you out once you lose a job ;-) and you know you have something valuable to pass for your kids once you pass away.
I am in mid thirties and realised I am unemployable person. Why? Just a feeling. My skills don't match any role, I am so caled multiskilled person with passion (if you can have passion towards any job) for logistics. I know a bit of everything and I am not specialist in any field, plus my English does not sound native - it makes me unemployable (or that's what I think). This is what worries me - that's why I want to pay my house off as quickly as possible.
And my dream job? It is working from home - no people to supervise, nobody to blame, nobody to be blamed by, working when it's comfortable for me. Enjoying life
Why aiming so low? (Why aiming higher? it's better to set smaller goals and set another after achieving present goal) some people aim millions and millions, and they hide their explorers - just brag - what a bull....t ;-) nobody is perfect but some people are way too overconfident. I will show my explorer with amounts and will post entries and exits for each trade.
Starting amount is 100 Pounds - target is bit over 120k of mortgage, about 10k to buy a new small car, about 10k to keep for further trading, plus money on some holidays and taxes - I am not dreaming of millions and the amount I expect still seems huge. Once I gain confidence I will add some to the balance as I do realise 100 Pounds is not much to trade with.
My trading rules? Choros: http://www.forexfactory.com/showthread.php?t=236210 - realy good method in my opinion. Don't ask me about details - it's all in the link.
Maximum risk ever - 1%@10pips s/l
Take profit set as 30pips but trades will be shut manually or tp will be changed as I will be watching trade after opened
Maximum 2 open trades at a time
Maximum 2 loses (2%) a day and I pass for the day - 3% allowed once last 5 trading days were profitable
Maximum 5 wins a day and I pass for the day
Trading only those days when I am off work (about 100 days a year)
Trading between 7am 12pm London time, later than that only when no trades were open before or had no time
No specified time to achieve the goal and no specified daily targets as it depends on what market gives - I expect it may take few years
Will start posting my trades and open explorer once I shut my first trade
I won't brag that I can do it, I hope I can do it with bit discipline - If I fail (happened many times in FX) - I'll admit it, nobody is perfect and If I fail - at least I'll know I have tried
And on the end some motivation I like to watch:
Wish me good luck ;-)
