the close was not below 3819. so i closed my 3846 trade..for 29 pips. the cross wasn't what i liked so i expect these not to hold w/o another bounce above 3850 or more.

no I was short, entered after the news and picked up only 20 pips, better than nothing on a friday. Just one position, not 10 of them. Honestly, you should have plan with clear TP levels, trying to make decisions in the heat of a trade only leads to mistakes or regrets.

but yes, you basically draw trendlines around the points on the RSI and use the support / resistance areas to gage when is the best time to go in a trade.

I do have a plan of some sorts, I was going to close half of them and let the rest ride. However after the last 2-3 weeks this pair is just as likely to retrace the entire move down in the next hour.

This is a really good number for the US.Dollar, but besides the algo reading news, there is little participation. Maybe its because FED doesnt care about unemployment anymore.
Strong bids are in the 1.3775 area, so if people have true intentions to dump the euro on this, it must go to 1.3800 and then 1.3775 there is no other way they can unload a lot of euros.
Intradays shorts entered the market at 1.3830, if it goes above they must cover.

I got to agree, I like when trader gets any green pips, but there seems no clear trading plan just a heap of rapid trades at nfp, pa goes your way and pips are green, was very very good chance any normal whiplash would have cleared the board in red, could have been nasty, is good to see sl,s tho
but few in there with 500ish pips sl for 500ish pips reward 1/1 which is fine with a good plan, but if she had of whiplashed or popped losing most of the tighter trades, the draw down on the 500pip trades would have started to hurt real quick.

Congrates on the green pips, this time, but the trade plan needs some urgent refining :nerd:

It's near daily support , there are some buyers I'd guess .
Daily close bellow 3800 is a short signal IMO .
