When I look at the dailies of the last 14 days I must admit that I have never seen something like this before (and I went a lot back).

As I said before, the MMs have completely f***** up pa.

I donīt care if it was the Chinese or someone else.

Maybe it is also the result of low volatility and HFT Trading.

If this remains to be so I will look for something else for sure to earn some bucks.

You see my GF is about three years from becoming a lawyer, as I mentioned my sister in law holds ACCA so since I am into economics and trading I thought it would be nice to have something to show. I was looking trought level 1 and many things are basically what you learn here when you take your bachelor degree in economics,One of most asked questions online I found is if Institute takes your own money management as a "relevant job experience" and they are not.
Kind of strange if most graduates end up as portfolio managers. I would want CFA just for myself as a goal as I do not pursue career in banking at all, I love FX too much and spend too many hours of my life to give it back for 9/5 job.

Tom, forget about formal education. The return on investment is not there anymore. You either make money trading, or you go back to the slammer. There's no middle way. Formal education is overrated and fed to the brainwashed... As soon as the economy hicks up, they're all knocking at doors and begging to be underpaid again.. That's the today's reality.

This is true and sad... the most ironic thing of all is that the top 10% of of retail traders almost always seemed to be more talented than any traders or salesman I knew that actually worked at banks. Guys at banks may have book smarts, but seasoned retail traders have the sentiment,feel and intuition way more.

Looking at Brent lately...that's some good shit there!

And checking some other volatile commodities, but most of them the PA is a total crap on lower tf

both of my roomates are at NYU and Columbia for International Policy and Social work.

Both queued up to graduate with around 150k in overall student debt.

ive considered grad school for economics, but the cash that have saved up seems better spent just trying to make a career trading for myself. Theres really a questionable return on college degrees at this point IMO. I went to a state school that was 4000 per year in 2007... now its 12,000 a year. wtf

April lowest DXY volume since October 2009, need volume to come back to beat China flows.

It's such bull shit.. I did my MS on the employer dough 10 years ago. No debt incurred. I can get a 90-100K job at any time. I don't do that, because I despise being an employee. I mean, if there's something I hate, this is it.

While it does look slightly funny, for me personally, it looks like a break and retest of the descending trendline that connects back from 07-12-08 to 04-30-11. Looks more clear on a weekly chart though.

you will never become rich working for other people or Corporations. Work for yourself to be rich. If you can manage portfolio for other people's money, you can manage your own funds. Just start your own and accumulate little by little.

Also looks like EURUSD bollinger band bandwidth (numerical measure of tightness of bands) is at the lowest levels in at least 5 years............




I think the breakout will occur in the next 5 weeks.

I can still get good level of education for a good price here, this was the reason why I didn't want to spend a lot in UK for a degree, in US you guys pay for lavish lifestyle of professors and their fat pensions, I would never take a degree to be in debt for a 30 years, I would rather be a builder for the rest of my life but this is how the system works.
