Yes, he keeps telling me to stay short with it,upside is very limited, maybe an overshoot to 1.380s for XAU but year end we may see it very close to 1.000s or even below. He is usually right but I don't know, I am slowly learning how to trade this thing.

The infaltion CPI in the euro sone has come down from more than 3% i 2012 down to 0,7% i 2014 and this should decline the euro

He is ... same opinion here, though i see gold as the least losers! ( Gold fanatics are longing the ratio Gold/Sliver, so they can emotionally handle shorting a precious metal )

That is why you watch for a stop run at 1.3905 and not trade unless you see one, but there is a good chance with all the news coming out it may happen during the news during wild price movements in which case you don't trade and live to see another day.

This is only abouth quantitative easing in the euro sone when it ends in USD

Nobody belived the japanese central bank would do anything than to talk but managed to weaked the JPY with more than 30%. No one dares to buy JPY

Mario showed last year that he can react and he will do again.

Today it is holiday in Europe with no figures and market is using this

Wise advice mate...
I know we are all in this for leverage but it is like consuming alcohol. Drink responsibly - use leverage responsibly, especially with commodities... Do not think you are reducing your average cost via buying/selling at every 10-20 pip move. You may regret it. Oh yes, there is a story there...
