I was looking at as well, also EJ went in at the top of the second blue bar, I've checked with 2 different 4hr bars and they both have a difference of around 20- 30 pips between the open of that candle and where Ballistical put the trade in.

Would you consider this a good time to enter short? AUDNZD H4. Or am I missing something?

Hey sfk2k;
AN on the 4hr does not really excite me at all. TDI is just slightly above the 50; the green cross over red is not angled steeply enough for me and PA is ranging smaller and smaller... 8 candles back would have been a good entry long.

Thank you both for your analysis! I really appreciate all of the help from the members on this thread

You're both correct, I was not only late to my charts when entering but could not make it to my PC at 2pm for the exit either. Being based in the UK and working full time means it is not always possible for me to look at my charts at these times. I initially thought that trading the 4HR and checking trades for 5 minutes at 10am and 2pm would be easy at work, but with meetings etc. its not always possible.

I think I might find it easier trading on the daily, where I can be sure that I'll be able to get to my charts at a certain time each day...

But i know that patience is the key so i won't chase the market i am sure when it will get ready it will come to me on its own.

I currently do not trade AUDNZD but for me that looks more like a consolidation in the last uptrend.

Look at the long wicks of the last red candles.
Price does not close on the other side of the yellow ma5

The daily - TDI is short before a steep cross up and bouncing from the MBL.

That would not mean for sure, that there will not be a move to the downside, but in my opinion it is less likely and I would look for better and more likely setups.
