Greetings!

With this lack of strength from the usd only means that Yellen will keep tapering on track.

And one thing is for sure if they decide to speed tapering USD will make a move.

Check the daily and monthly graphic, if it breaks down it will be a huge move!

In the meanwhile... still short since 10th of February...

No central bank will ever cease Easing in full... mark my words they will find another reason why they should print and carry on printing for ever, think of them as drug addicts! ECB will start printing soon also, i think this is just what the markets will want to keep stocks up, when everyone expects this to decrease the value of the EUR i am just wondering is everyone including myself will in for a shock.

The taper had only a small part to play in drop in price, and the charts told us at the time that a correction was needed anyway.

Hedge funds and institutional traders are still heavy long on EUR outweighing the retail market approx 3 to 1 based on contracts.



Good luck with your short it will come back to those levels, but not just yet!

they were long oil at 147 also. a position is dead money, it has no weight one way or the other. its neutral. the act of fresh positions move the pair either a new entry or a close.

Nothing will happen with ECB QE until Germany gives in either by bad economy news or that Bubba Weismann tell its a oke to do so.

Market retraces even with no reason.Its just how price moves.
Is 1.38 high to sell? Yes to me it is.That's all there is.If you are Bull you make money if Bear make money as well.We already had multiple ups downs in tight range.

Might as well be Yankee really but yah do know that article was in march and they haven't lifted a finger since then. it will take some further detoriation and fear mongering on the deflation before they do a kind of QE. Just a matter of timing.
