That's the way I feel about this pair. I'm flat now and only made 2.25% this month. Waiting and looking at other pairs to trade.

Germany news came positive higher than forecast and previous + EUR currently is below 1.39xx which is an acceptable zone , so expected he will start with positive statement which will kick up the EUR to 1.39xx in few seconds , then he will end his speech with future growth concern which will move the market to 1.37xx or even further more to 1.36xx ,,, all this =2 classic dump and pump
went in long as a BOPB @ 3832 risking 24 pips...

Today the market cleared yesterdays tight short stops. Now bears appeared before 1.38500 and there are a lot of stops on the way up (and much more under 1.37800).
So in this case I would say Draghi will bring market down, or we make a spike (maybe under 1.37800 or touching fibo 61,8% would be reasonable) and after that new highs...
Until ~1.38650 I remain as a bear, over that level the bearish setups will be invalidated in my view.

I don't expect more than nothing from Draghi before May 15... After Euopean Parliament ellections we will see the real situation in Spain, Italy, Greece and Portugal... For now, there is the need to look like it is everithing very well and those last 3 years were in the right path...
i am also long @ 1.3821
i do not think though that draghi would have such a massive effect so that we can reach 1.39xx
