Confluence comes in at 1.3810/20 with 61.8% and the 89MA, i think price will be drawn to this level prior to a solid bounce and breaking and staying above 1.3850. This will open the doors towards 1.3880

Above the 1.3880 we then have 1.3930 and thereafter we should see the Euro Fly towards 1.4050 and 1.42 my ultimate target. This should also take place very close to next ECB conference where the markets will most very likely test Draghi and the ECBs patience since they have stated that an appreciation in rates would trigger QE of some sort.

LEts see, we have been in this range for a while now something has got to give... and my Rollovers are adding up!

That data was pretty bad, everything else has been looking good up to this point so I am going to keep with the USD bullish perspective but that was a really sudden dive in home sales.

Carry currencies have come off a bit recently here and I have a sneaking suspicion buyers may try to come in after this number.

its not a major factor. Same as retail sales which was way up and market just ignored it.
Won't surprise me if selling continues

despite my post yesterday ... bounced backup... but.. window still open R not even tested again, trading in range

4H bar -> how will this close (hanging man sort of?)

Seems the range trade with bearish bias... 1.37920 break south would make a nice confirmation, where's Draghi when you need him?

Agreed with this. Im bailing out here at break even or so, this range is annoying and the daily chart looks bullish.


Im going to jump ship to short USDJPY, set up looks much better there.
