Hi Gator
I really doubt Euro will even reach 39 again in near future.EZ elections in MAY and things are going to get ugly.
Overall in my view Euro is lot weaker currency then USD

EZ 12% unemployment 1% inflation
US 6.7% 1.5%

Its obvious Euro is overbought

DEC 2012 US unemployment was 7.9! Euro was at 1.3050
I know they are lot more factors that goes into currency but unemployment is major driving force.
DEC 2012 EZ unemployment 11.8 which pretty much stayed the same up to present

At present US is 6.7 but Euro is up 750pips while its 11.8 remains the same since 2012

Going short is the only option for me.

the employment difference didn't matter before. why would it now. the ecb has a inflation mandate, unemployment does not factor in.
when employment is low, it creates less inflation. see their dilemma?

Hard to dismiss None farm employment events...
Agree on inflation and EZ is running too low.

less workers = less product demand. and broke people buy less, lessens product demand/inflation. 1930ties was the bad side of inflation. 20xx is the opposite. both are/were out of balance. its why if nothing changes, rocks to be thrown, then a shot in the crowd. who will be in the crowd? will the flags be red. there already red flags pretty close in ukraine.
