Makes sense. Those are good areas in my onion. I would prefer just under 1.3900. Because this would be a position trade for me, I wouldn't mind entering near this area.
1.3695/37 and deeper looks nice on the weekly. Although Chicky's 1.4025ish makes since on a break higher. I just don't see the point though. It's already had it's day in the sun above 1.3900 and couldn't hack it. If it got above those levels then the ECB is likely to step in.

If that's the case, a low leverage position trade is more supported by that thesis.

I am also in opinion we may have already reached the Top for at least end of May.Elections in May and I anticipate 1.35 by Elections

Also keep an eye on NU.We may get good rally up to April 23rd IR decision (experts agree another .25 increase making it 3% highest currency)
87+Great number to short.NU is overpriced by huge margin.
One can short with confidence from 87 aggressively.

I think its for a different reason. They want new traders here to focus on their trading and not take unncessary risk. Like I mentioned many a times, it took me more than 17 years to make my first million and then another five to turn that sum to 36. But that was very long time ago.

Kiwi (I assume the NU) is kind of in the same boat. It makes huge moves and huge corrections. IDK if we'll see another increase so soon. The only thing I can say, although a small economy, it's actually growing from what I've read. Traders have been so bullish on the rate decision for months.

Could see a drop to .8450 while .8600 will like pose as resistance.

I have done ok with gbp prs
chart is weekly, she has been ranging for almost 6years bascially since the 2008 crash, and right now she hovering at the top of this range, very important levels Im thinking, she has potential for big up or down

This is not my priority, 2008 and prior there have been numerous 1000+ pip trades, since she has been in range there have been limited chances, I have put in 1000 pip levels using the present resistance as a reference, of course if you start with a different level the other levels will be different, but what it shows me is this level has potential for a 1000 pip trade, they don't come up very often, but when they do they are worth considering, and accordingly the trading style / method must change
My "guess" is if this resistance zone is breached and retested a "reasonably quick 1000 pips north is on the cards, if it holds, like wise a 1000 pips south, maybe not as quick, but definitely on the cards

Also considering we are going into May makes this trade option even more exciting

My belief is once a trader has achieved a large successful trade, they rarely if ever go back to small time frames other than to scalp or position trade :nerd:

I am not sure if it was a sarcastic remark but being right or wrong is less important than how one manages risk and their accounts. No one can be right all the time but everyone can manage risk all the time. SLs for shorts should preferable be above 1.3828 for a bid to catch 80 or so pips. We are still not there.

not likely north 1000 pips for cable. Give it 300 pips to reach 1.71 to be knocked down by strong resistance.
