you can open multiple orders in the same chart and close the specific order by using the orders ticket
f.x "tbuy-1" it b uy's 1lot with ticket #4567
in the same chart you open one more buy f.x "tbuy-0.5" your next buy it get f.x ticket number #4568
now if you want to close your first buy you apply a line and you write "tic-tclose-4567 the ea it will close the specificorder

Thanks so much again for this great EA. I will explore the many variable of possibilities with the strategy tester
with this EA you Buy and Sell direct from charts when the Market it touches the lines
and you get les slippage
Yes that is one of the very useful functions and seems that also makes very flexible to change strategy if the market moves not as initially projected
eg. close and reverse the initial order

just wondering if tic-tclose could close partly of the open orders from both opened by this EA and also opened by manually orders
eg. tic-tclose-4567-0.5 (to close by specific Order# only 0.5 lot of the initial 1.0 lot)

I tried on real trade yesterday but couldn't close half, it closed the whole lot of the specific Order#
or maybe I have typed the description for reaction wrongly ?

Don't know whether tranco, or anybody else using this EA still vists this thread. I downloaded and installed the laste version as attached in the post above - V37. For some reason, the trades are initiated, but not a the price the horizintal line is drawn at, but about 10 or so pps difference. For exmaple I draw an horizontal line at say price 1.4300, and put in a buy order (tbuy - 0.1), and the order gets triggered at say 1.4310 or something. instead of 1.43. Waht is wrong? Thank you
Is there a version that has Order Expiry included in the Description commands?

Just want to ask if your EA also can work with EMA line ? just example to BUY a position while price cross and close above EMA 34 ?

That prctically we just draw EMA 34 and rename that EMA34 as "cbuy-0.1" ?

Quick bump, while this works DO NOT apply this EA to a chart when saving it as a template. I did so yesterday (had 40 orders in the market) and all buy/sell lines got triggered at once, despite price not even being close. After the initial opening of trades they were closed down automaticly, also because of the -tclose lines on chart i assume. In short, had to pay 40x the spread on a 4pip pair pre-Tokyo... If anyone knows what part in the code (using V37 myself), is doing this, perhaps he or she can make the small change to avoid this ever happening in the future on accident.

I know that a discussion a little old, but I found ea_trendline_v37 very interesting.
I tried it in the area tester of mt4 and I understand how it works. I would have just a few questions:
-What is the difference between pipprofit and take profit
-I couldn't find trailing stop, but is there?
-I can't get breakevenon, beaftercandleon (what do you want exactly?) and movesltobeafter.

No problem here with large settings...recoded the main part+added the needed options....
