Because of the turbulence in these days - I hope you all stay on the line here in the thread - this lives from diversity - not from battles.
We never will trade all the same way and so not everyone must trade the same style. Let's get all a little more tolerant.

Not sure having a GMT +0 broker and living in the UK is working out for me on the H4 charts. The 4am candle is actually at 4am which is a bit early and the next one is at 8am when the market opens. Slightly different if its an Asian pair and a trend has got going since midnight. Think I'll open an account with Alpari, and trade H1 charts at that time, in the meantime.

EURAUD H1 trades yesterday and today. Entry yesterday after a 3-bar combination inside the mastercandle of the asian session. One small bar with two outside bars. Entry on break of the second OB to the downside with TDI confirmation. => +50 pips Second trade yesterday evening on EURAUD forming a nice buillish bat pattern - which indicates a potential reversal. Because of a very small stop loss of 13 pips I gave this a chance and put a target profit of +40 pips. Third trade I thought at a continuation of the bullish bat. So I waited to enter long...

{quote} Erol, At one stage in my trading career, I held on to my belief that I am always right until the market proves me wrong. This helped me build up my confidence and consistency in the way I do my Big Picture Planning and in the way I approach the market everyday. To make money in the markets we trade, we first need to be a participant in the market. Having a Plan A and a Plan B, and sometimes a Plan C will...

Nellycopter,

Can you remind yourself of the following code of conduct on this website and just get back to doing what you came here to do - participate in a positive manner and trade a TMS strategy!

VI. No personal agendas

Forex Factory may not be used for personal agendas such as ego boosting, gaining attention, or exacting revenge. These agendas, even when tied to trading topics, can cause large-scale distractions that take focus off trading.

I must say, I'm glad that things seem to be taking a turn for the better on here. Over the past few months, I've popped in numerous times, and figured this thread should be called 'Trading More Complicated.' It's mental how things have deviated with various people offering various takes on the theme. The simplicity of the original system was swept away by ego. The same thing happened on another popular thread from the past: Another Simple System, which I believe was based on this. It became almost like a cult, with various strands and methods offered that just confused! TMS was heading in the same way, and it was a little sickening.

I'm glad common sense seems to be prevailing here, at last, and I hope, now that personality cult seems to be diminishing, that beginners and those looking for a simpler way, can look forward to one system perfected, rather than adding this or that. All I'd ask is that people keep it real, and post charts with exact entries and exits, so we can all learn from those who've mastered this.

Thanks for your stand, guys!

I am still a quiet lover of the TMS. I am not a fan of complicate peoples and of complicate trading ways. This is why I loved this thread sooo much, but yeah, after a while, people start to complicate things, if the owner not around anymore. However, it would be nice to see again more TMS charts, the way how BIG E loved.

A signal which I took this morning, for me ever its important, to see a clear cross of the TDI at the signal candle.

Hey Fame of Me, I noticed you're looking at the 15M time frame- is there a reason for that? I must admit the choppy markets over the past few days have made me ponder this too...

Hi,

simple answer, its my tradingstyle.
I am not the H1 or H4 trader and also I trade only EA.

M15 give me the direction of trading, and in this case, TDI gave the perfect setup + the PA breaked the range.
