You put that together its very dovish statement meaning he wants lower Euro.

Ye fair Davit but he also said that the exchange rate has to strengthen further for any action to commence. You will get your weakening, just not yet.

Will read it carefully. My understanding (until now) was/is that if euro continue to rises with low inflation it will be a concern for the ecb and in that case they will uses unconventional measures once the classical measures has proven of being of no effect. Until then he lets the market to fix the value of the euro. And he never said which price is a fair price.
