Hi guys not sure if this helps, but the dollar index might go up if this is a gartley it is not EURUSD but might help give a clue, if someone knows more about gartley could you please let me know if the measurements are OK or if something is wrong.

Yh thanks this makes a certain amount of sense. I have read about the liquidity before, though I'd forgotten. It's an interesting move, even though I've always just taken it for granted.


Digging my heals in here for a long term bull. I have bulls open from 1.3800 (area) and will hold till a possible 1.400+. My weekly TL from 29.5.11 was broken mid feb and despite last weeks challenge of the TL the support held and the BO is continuing. The monthly candle is also on the support side of the monthly TL. The daily will possibly close (2 hours away)above the weekly [email protected]. I see a few more reasons for the bulls especially on smaller TF's but wont bother go into it here. If the weekly candle pulls back to below 1.3760 tomorrow I may close early but otherwise willing to risk 150-200 pips.

Thursday bond auction in Greece, so I'd stay put, this could push EUR higher yet.

The shorters are right though, the risk/reward is shifting towards a dollar rally slowly but still, don't mean EU can't have another 100-150 pips upside this month.
